Running Lately:
10.5 miles sunday afternoon (cool and clear).
last week did two 6-milers at 6am at Peidmont Park (yikes COLD!, around 25 and 30 degrees, add some wind).
was planning a medium length run tomorrow but looks like the rain will stop me...
